It all started with a romantic anniversary trip to France, seeing the lavender fields and drinking wine. Back at home, we have the vision to grow acres of lavender, and bring our experience from Provence to New Jersey. We, here at Birch Lane Farm, value conscious sustainability and authenticity in how we interact with the world and in the products we make.
